Play Sport With Me is a marketplace that connects players, organizers, and venue owners to find, book, and play sports. We do not own or operate the listed venues and are not responsible for the condition of facilities or conduct of users. Sports involve risk—you play at your own risk.
Welcome to Play Sport With Me (the "Platform"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and the entity that operates Play Sport With Me ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of our websites, apps, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, booking or listing a venue/court, joining or organizing a match, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (together, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Joins matches, books courts, pays fees, and participates according to event rules.
Creates events/matches, defines rules/format, and is responsible for fair play and accurate score reporting.
Lists locations, courts, pricing, time slots, and rules; manages availability and booking confirmations.
Certain features (e.g., league/tournament mode) may include team captains, brackets, standings, and prize rules. Additional terms may apply.
Venues set their own prices, availability, and cancellation rules subject to these Terms.
We may charge Platform and/or payment processing fees that are shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, service fees are non-refundable.
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Venue owners are responsible for any required taxes (e.g., VAT). Where applicable, we may collect taxes as a facilitator.
Payments are handled by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, PayPal). By paying or accepting payments, you also agree to their terms and privacy policies. We do not store full card details.
Unless an event or venue page specifies otherwise, bookings are fully refundable if canceled 24 hours or more before the start time. Within 24 hours, venue policy applies and service fees remain non-refundable.
If a venue cancels, players receive a full refund of the booking price and service fees, or may opt to reschedule.
If you fail to attend a booked session or arrive late beyond any grace period (default 15 minutes), you may forfeit your booking without refund.
Outdoor sessions canceled for safety reasons may be refunded or rescheduled per venue policy.
If you believe a refund is due, contact support within 72 hours of the event with supporting evidence. We may request additional information from both sides before making a final determination.
Sports, fitness activities, and the use of sports facilities involve inherent risks, including risk of serious injury or death.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your activities and agree that:
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., profile info, images, reviews, chat messages). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for operating and improving the Services and for marketing the Platform.
If you submit ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Company nor its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services—even if advised of the possibility.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claims is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
These apply to Venues/Vendors in addition to the Terms above:
You must maintain adequate public liability insurance as required by local law and your venue type. On request, provide proof of insurance.
You are solely responsible for compliance with health/safety, accessibility, and safeguarding obligations applicable to your facility and staff.
Misrepresentations (e.g., photos not depicting the actual court, hidden fees) are grounds for removal and refunds to players.
Ensure equipment is safe, well-maintained, and appropriate for the listed sport.
Clearly communicate rules, scoring, and eligibility. Enforce them consistently.
Perform basic safety checks (e.g., surface hazards) before play begins. Stop play for unsafe conditions.
Submit scores promptly after the match. Maintain evidence in case of disputes.
